Spa Policies
Cancellation Policy:
We value your business and bring you the highest quality of staff and service. When you reserve a time with us, we guarantee your appointment and service length. If you cancel with less than 24 hour notice, we still need to compensate our staff and for the loss of client opportunity in your missed appointment time. We understand situations occur and take this into consideration with our fees. A credit card or gift certificate number is required to reserve a spa appointment and a two hour or more nail service. Our fees are $25 per spa service and 25% of nail services. The card or gift certificate is only charged if the 24 hour cancellation notice is not received.
Appointment times:
We want you to enjoy your visit with us. It is important to be on time for your appointment so we don’t have to rush your service. We have an appointment schedule we need to maintain, which allows us to provide a great service for all of our clients. If you are late we may have to shorten or reschedule your appointment. Please come in 10 minutes early for your appointment.
Children:
Your child is welcomed to enjoy a service with you. We want you and all of our clients to relax and enjoy their time with us. If your child is not scheduled with you please make day care arrangements. We are attached to Gold’s Gym and their wonderful day care center is available for two hours.
Cell Phones:
We ask our clients to please place cell phones on silent mode. This allows everyone to enjoy their service with us.
Refunds and exchanges:
Gift certificates and products are non-refundable. We do realize certain services purchased as gifts may not be desirable. We do allow your gift certificate to be modified for another service of choice with the same value. Gift Certificates are transferable.
Discounts:
Many of our packages are priced with additional savings in place. Spa packages and or monthly specials are not eligible for additional discounts or coupons.
