What makes your nail services different from other spas?
We specialize in all natural manicures and pedicures. Your first visit is an instructional service, where we teach you how to care for your own nails. We offer a clean, sanitized and odor free environment. Our spa chairs were specially designed without jets to avoid any cross contamination.

I've worn artificial nails for years, are my nails beyond help?
No, we offer a special re-rehabilitation program for clients just removing artificial nails. We also offer different treatments for each nail type. So as the health of the nail changes we can adjust your treatments accordingly.

How far in advance should I schedule my appointment?
To have the most choice and flexibility in appointment times, we suggest that you schedule your appointment with us at least one week in advance.

How early should I show up for my appointment?
Please plan to arrive ten minutes early to check in, fill out any forms required and prepare for your appointment.

Can I buy spa Gift Certificates?
Yes! Gift Certificates can be purchased by visiting our spa, by phone and on our web site. Gift Certificates are available for any dollar denomination or specific service. They are non-refundable but are transferable to other recipients.

Do you welcome men as clients?
But of course! Men lead stressful lives and have hard working hands. We have a very steady male clientèle and they can tell you from personal experience that spa treatments with manicures and pedicures keep them healthy and relaxed. We also offer couple's packages for a getaway together.

Why do I have to give my credit card number when making a reservation?
We do require a credit card in order to guarantee your appointment time with us.

What should I wear to the spa?
We will provide the proper attire for your spa treatments. If you are receiving one of our signature pedicures, try to avoid pantyhose. We do provide areas to change for our working women if this is not possible. You can bring your favorite pair of open toed shoes or we will provide a pair for you.

What product line do you carry?
We concentrate on health and beauty at our spa. We offer a unique European hand and nail care line. Mavala is designed to treat and heal hand and nail problems. Agera is a medical based facial line which provides intense treatment for all skin types. We also carry many other unique products for complete body care.

How often should I receive a manicure or pedicure?
We recommend that our clients receive regular manicures every ten to fourteen days and suggest pedicures be performed every three to four weeks to help maintain healthy hands and feet.

Are your therapists and technicians trained and accredited?
Definitely, it is a requirement for all technicians employed by Natural Nail Care Clinic & Spa to maintain state license or be enrolled into a state approved apprentice program.
